This video features Part Two of the question and answer session of our 26 November 2015 State of Democracy (SoD) debate, “Does local democracy work?” at Constitution Hill, Johannesburg. This clip features questions posed to our panel of experts including; William Gumede, Nomboniso Gasa, Lorette Tredoux and Ayesha Kajee. Some of the key points discussed looks at involving youth more on issues of local government to educating South Africans on democratic structures and processes.
